Data and purpose

The form collects your name, email address, reason for contact and message. These details are used solely to read and respond to professional enquiries, collaboration proposals and other messages. They are not used for marketing, newsletters or profiling.

Legal basis

Legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): processing voluntary enquiries in order to respond. You may object based on your particular circumstances. Supplying data is optional, but name, email and message are required for a reply.

Processors and international transfers

Messages are handled by Netlify Forms (hosting/form service) and notifications are sent using Google's email services. Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, subject to their applicable agreements and transfer safeguards. See Netlify and Google.

Retention

Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and handle any related communications. The proposed operational limit is deletion or anonymisation 12 months after the last interaction, except when legal obligations require longer retention. Netlify and email records will be reviewed.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and where applicable objection or portability, by writing to teresaferrerdesimon@gmail.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

Security and third parties

The form uses basic spam protection. Please do not submit highly sensitive or confidential information through this channel. No advertising tracking is attached to the form.
